I am a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi). I am a member of the Anxiety Practitioners’ Network (APN).

I studied a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Hons) at the University of New South Wales and have a diploma of Holistic Counselling & Certificate of Holistic Life Coaching.  

I have a compassionate and holistic focus as well as a pragmatic approach to my work.

My aim is to support you to align with your authentic self, leading a life that has purpose and meaning.

My purpose is to support you to love life better and to focus on what truly matters to you.

I’m here to help you gain clarity and understand the relationship between your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviours and how these affect your actions. We explore the issues that prevent you from living fully.

Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to address the challenges you’re facing to effect change in your life.

I support adults with a range of issues, including anxiety, self-doubt, fear of change and unresolved trauma. I have extensive experience working with people with addictions.

Our sense of safety, value and inherent worth can be harmed by traumatic or stressful life events.Pause Connect Heal works with you to attend to the issues causing you pain. We teach healthy coping strategies, how to process painful feelings and how to change problematic thinking, feeling and behaviour. We empower you to take action towards positive change and healing in your life. We work with presenting symptoms and where necessary, unhealed, underlying issues from previous situations.

You’re not alone. Our classes provide you with the opportunity to connect with others struggling with similar issues. Classes include psycho-education, therapeutic tools and experiential techniques to support you to address anxiety or stress in your life. We teach you to pause and connect with yourself and others with compassion. We teach you to take time to mindfully pause with compassion and connect with yourself and other group members to identify your stuck points.
